OJ Simpson’s official cause of death has been confirmed, after the ex-football star died earlier this month at the age of 76.He had long downplayed his health concerns despite revealing in a May 2023 video he’d been battling cancer, the“Thank you to all the people who reached out to me. My health is good,” Simpson said in a video posted to X on February 11.
