Pop star Britney Spears is taking care of her mental health, according to multiple reports.

Britney Spears is taking time to care for herself after supporting her father and the rest of her family through his recent health struggles, which included a second surgery three weeks ago, The Times has confirmed. She'll be away for 30 days., posting a picture that read, “Fall in love with taking care of yourself, mind, body, spirit.”that Jamie Spears’ illness — a “life-threatening” colon rupture that required two surgeries — had “taken a toll” on his daughter.
