Jenni Falconer shares painful effect of Raynaud's Disease with blood-deprived fingers

Jenni Falconer is fit and healthy and a fan of running but she has to deal with the daily effects of the little-known Raynaud's Disease.

The Heart Radio host posted the snap of her hand adding that the cold and damp weather "literally chills my bones". Last year Jenni shocked her fans when she shared a picture of her blood-deprived index finger, a distinct contrast to the rest of her hand which looked normal.
