If he survives the execution he should be made comfortable and a discussion should occur between his mother and the prison doctors.

I vote that he gets a method that involves more pain. Definitely not less

Put a bullet to his penis then to his head... it make sure to send a message to people who wants to commit murder a message... you lose your man good before your life... we should do this to all genders.

Did they worry about the pain inflicted on the person or people he murdered. Hardly not, screw these people.

He owes a debt to society. Death he shall get. Who cares what 'rare' medical condition he has? He owes with his life.

He won't have his medical condition when he's dead - so seems a strange ground for stopping his execution.
