A flesh-eating zombie drug has reportedly made it onto the streets of Britain with growing fears of a "public health threat" - including Scots cases as of last year found by researchers.
A recent study published in the journal Addiction detailed a series of worrying side effects including compromised airways and ulcers that may require amputation. Researchers at Kings College London highlighted xylazine presents a major concern within the United States and this "public health threat has now expanded to the United Kingdom".

Specific data concerning 16 samples gathered from diverse toxicology laboratories were published where the drug was found in 16 individuals, among whom 11 tragically died.
