Health experts have shared three major red flag symptoms on your feet that could be the sign of a silent killer disease.

As the fluid builds up, you may see swelling, which can extend as far as the upper legs and groin." The NHS states that this swelling may be "better in the morning and get worse later in the day".Blue toes are another potential indicator of a blood vessel blockage. "When you're extremely cold, your skin can turn blue " the AAD says.
