Hailing it as a breakfast which is great for your gut health, the professor of genetic epidemiology at King's College London and author of Food for Life, says that it is his "favourite way to use kefir."
Talking about his meal he says: "It's quick, easy and packed with plants and probiotics for his gut health". It consists of a simple mix of yogurt, kefir, berries and as many nuts and seeds as he can manage from his "diversity jar to get me to my 30 plant goal."
