Nearly a third of 18 to 25-year-old men report having high or very high levels of distress, new data reveals. Of these men, the research from headspace shows 35 per cent have never sought help from a mental health professional.

The statistics have been released as headspace launches its headcoach campaign, which seeks to raise awareness of tips and techniques for men to improve their mental health.
