A young child has died in Victoria due to what health authorities have labelled one of the biggest summer outbreaks of flu the state has seen.It is more than double the 1536 cases recorded by VicHealth at the same time last year. About 5800 adults went to hospital with the virus last year and 9.4 per cent of those aged below 65 needed treatment in the critical care unit.
But Royal Australian College of General Practitioners president Harry Nespolon has urged Victorians to adhere to the advice of Australia's Chief Medical Officer and wait until the end of April to get inoculated. Victoria’s Chief Health Officer Dr Brett Sutton also urged Victorians to wait until mid-April onwards to get their vaccination for the "best possible protection."

Maybe when pharmacists stop peddling naturopathy, homeopathy and other unsubstantiated herbal wankery to sick people then people start taking their opinions seriously. wankers
