Federal Judge Blocks Medicaid Work Requirements

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, an Obama administration appointee, ruled on Wednesday that the work requirements, approved by the Department of Health and Human Services, violated Medicaid’s basic purpose of delivering health coverage to low-income and disabled people.

Must have been appointed by democRats....never want folks to have some prestige.....
