Kate Middleton's fans are saying sorry for making mean jokes about her, led by Hollywood star Blake Lively. The Princess of Wales bravely told the world she has cancer in a video from Kensington Palace last night.
But on Friday , Kate stopped all the gossip and revealed that tests following her planned stomach surgery showed that she has cancer. The princess is now having treatment to stop the cancer spreading and has asked for some quiet time to get better with her family. She initially posted: "I'm so excited to share this new photo I just took today to announce our 4 new @bettybuzz and @bettybooze products! Now you know why I've been MIA."
Blake removed her initial post under pressure and there have also been calls for Kim Kardashian to do the same and remove her awkward joke about the future Queen. Kerry Katona was also quick to admit she was sorry and told The Sun: "I just feel like we've all gone down this rabbit hole and I got sucked in. I'm no better than the next person. You pick up a magazine. I read about someone and go, 'I can't believe that's happened to him.' Then I read something about myself and go, 'Oh that's a load of bulls**t,' so I understand how we all get pulled in by it all. I don't know, it feels weird.
"And that really is my second thought, it is that I hope that those social media trolls who have peddled such ghastly, hurtful theories will now realise what they've done and be absolutely ashamed of themselves. And I hope we'll all take pause for thought and not be led by the nose by what goes on social media.
