“My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment,” Middleton, 42, said in the video released by Kensington Palace on Friday. Middleton did not disclose the specifics of what kind of cancer she has but it’s understood that she is in good spirits and focused on her recovery.
