In an update shared to his social media today, Pelley confirmed he'd been released from hospital and is "gradually recovering at home". "Thank you to everyone for all your support, it's been absolutely wonderful, overwhelming and I just can't believe it," he said in a video message.At the time he was bitten, Pelley started to suffer "neurological effects immediately" as the venom entered straight into his circulation system, his daughter Aishah previously explained."I watched him lose consciousness very fast in front of my eyes," she wrote on social media.
