Celine Dion has given a rare update as she continues to battle the rare neurological disorder stiff person syndrome . The singer shared a photo with her three sons René-Charles Angélil, 23, and twins Eddy and Nelson, 13, to mark International SPS Awareness Day. “Today the world recognises International SPS Awareness Day,” she said in the post on Sunday. “As many of you know, in the fall of 2022, I was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome .
