DAIlY POST reports that unknown gunmen on Saturday night shot Comfort Dooshima, INEC Collation Officer for Gboko Local Government Area in Benue State.
It was gathered that, Dooshima, a lecturer at the University of Agriculture, Benue, was attacked on her way to the Independent National Electoral Commission head office in Makurdi. Confirming the incident, the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner for Benue, Dr Nentawe Yilwatda, said theBut, a statement on its Twitter page on Monday said Dooshima was responding to treatment.
