ARMY veteran Del Hall has lost a remarkable two stone in 20 days by consuming a beer-only diet.
The last food Hall consumed was a short rib grilled sandwich three weeks ago but now his daily routine consists of cracking open his first beverage around midday. “Normally I have my first beer when normal folk eat lunch, around noon or 1pm. I also have water and a small black coffee everyday but no dairy and no sugar.“I don’t typically eat breakfast in the morning and I don’t have any hunger anymore. In the last week I’ve had no hunger.”
