"The globally celebrated day coincides with Israeli forces' cold-blooded killings of Palestinian women in its genocidal war, with the world observing without taking action," the statement added. Israel’s ongoing offensive in Gaza has resulted in almost 31,000 Palestinians being killed and over 72,000 others injured, amid mass destruction and shortages of necessities.
