he denied adding her, deleted her and told me I need to trust him, said it must be from an old add from years ago. he has tried to reassure me of course by saying he loves me so so much, I have his heart nobody could ever replace me ever because he loves me now and he did t love me before when he did leave me for others, I’m trying my hardest to believe him, but also kee checking his social media.

I suppose my original post should have basically said that he hears vices and it’s affecting our relationship. We are a ‘long distance’ couple. There are issues with trust between us from past trauma in previous relationships on both parts, and past trauma within our relationship from before we became a couple.
