A woman from Shawlands has spoken of her devastation as her family back home in Gaza continue living in tents and eating tinned foods which make them sick.

Her parents, brother and sister - and their families - have all lost their homes and income in airstrikes and have been displaced. The situation is really bad and there’s been too much tragedy.

"They have been eating tinned food for more than five months and that makes them ill every single day.
