At least 34 devotees were injured after a balcony of a Catholic church collapsed during the Holy Mass for Ash Wednesday in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The incident occurred while the ceremony of putting ashes on the foreheads of the devotees was being conducted.
The injured were taken to different hospitals for treatment.
