A woman with terminal cancer says her dying wish is to marry her partner John and leave family and friends with "special memories" of the big day. Danielle Finlay-Edward was diagnosed with stage four bowel cancer in September 2023, which has now spread to her ovaries - known as mucinous carcinoma, a rare type of cancer deemed incurable. Suffering from PCOS throughout her life, Danielle initially thought her symptoms were a flare-up.
However, after her complex case was viewed by two health boards, she was diagnosed with stage four cancer. The brave 38-year-old battled four rounds of chemotherapy, which were unfortunately "completely ineffective".
