PUTRAJAYA: Civil servants who suffer from mental health issues, especially work stress, should not be ashamed to seek help, says the Public Service Department (JPA).

Due to public stigma, many people are reluctant to admit that they have mental health issues, said Dr Abdul Jalil Hassan, the deputy senior director of JPA’s Psycho­logy Management Division.
