Life Healthcare announces its annual results and provides an update on the sale of its Alliance Medical Group in the UK.

Life Healthcare, one of the two private hospital groups listed on the JSE, announced its annual results for the year ended September 2023. It reported a strong operating performance and declared total dividends of 44 cents/share, up 10% from last year.

The company also provided an update on the R21 billion sale of its Alliance Medical Group in the UK, which is awaiting shareholder and regulatory approvals.
