Father Christmas visits are a magical experience for families – but it can also be overwhelming, especially for those with sensory needs and impaired hearing.

But Leeds based Thackray Museum of Medicine has just the tonic. It is hosting 90-minute Father Christmas experiences for all families with a blend of activities, crafts, and heartwarming moments while exploring diverse global Christmas traditions, from November 18 to December 23. And it has announced special Relaxed Experience and BSL Interpreted Experience sessions. The Relaxed Experience, for those with sensory needs, will be held on Saturday, November 25 and Sunday, November 26.
