As of the beginning of November, a new mental health resource program is available to Washington youth for free.

The organization's founder talks with KING 5 about making connections through film to address anxiety, social media addiction, suicide, bullying and more.SEATTLE — launched the program, Creative Coping Toolkit , with free access to all K-12 students, community college level students and higher education.

Filmmaker and Impactful Fund founder Scilla Andreen said the team is proud of the launch and hopes it"helps save lives." Andreen said the toolkit includes films for an evidence-based mental health education program that provides practical tools to educate our educators, youth, and families to"safely address mental health."Because the programs use film to provide education, Andreen said youth and adults are likely to make connections through storytelling.
