Humans are herbivores(biologically), cats and dogs are carnivores, this should be fairly obvious.

If you put your cat on a vegan diet they'll die, cats literally have to be carnivores. Dogs are more omnivorous but it would take a lot of work to make sure your pet is getting all the nutrition it needs. If you want a vegan pet get a hamster

Utterly stupid to put cats on a vegan diet. They're obligate carnivores. Dogs at least can handle it a lot more if it is done right, as their digestive system is a bit different.
