KOMO News obtained the videos this week as part of a records request for information about the Seattle police investigation of the incident. "Those weren't gunshots, that sounds like an explosion," one Seattle police officer is heard saying in the video."Bombs!" one person yelled at the officers.says witnesses later told detectives that there were approximately 20 people smoking fentanyl inside a drug tent in the encampment when they noticed someone had placed improvised bombs around the outside of the tent.
