Two specialist online psychology support sessions will be held for those affected by the death of Adam Johnson. The Nottingham Panthers star died after his neck was cut by an opponent's skate in a "freak accident" during a game against Sheffield Steelers on Saturday, October 28.
Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust have now organised two online sessions for people who witnessed the incident or have been impacted by it. They will take place on Thursday, November 2 and Friday, November 3.In a statement, the trust said: "We are sending our deepest condolences to Adam Johnson's family, friends and all of the Nottingham Panthers and Sheffield Steelers teams and fans.
