Lisa Liggins-Chambers, PhD., is a school psychologist with 25 years of experience in universities, school districts, community mental health centers, and hospitals.

a native of Cleveland, Ohio, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology at Fisk University and her Master of Science in psychology from Tennessee State University. She was a school psychologist in St. Louis, Missouri, and moved to Chicago, Illinois, to pursue her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology , graduating in 2006.

This carried over to community mental health, which is where the bulk of Dr. Lisa’s experiences with psychotherapy and psychological testing and assessment increased, along with her specialties in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder . She has spent the past 25 years learning, consulting, and developing strategies and interventions to improve psychological testing and assessment in schools and agencies.
