We need a definitive study of eggs. My diabetic dad has never had high cholesterol and has received wildly divergent advice on eating eggs over several decades now. He has been told 2 per week at most and recently that 1 every day is fine. Make your minds up experts, please.

My blood results tell me otherwise.. not to mention I’ve lost the majority of my weight from eating just eggs in the morning, no longer diabetic and was taken off my heart medication. Seems like non of these studies are ever 100% accurate..

Wow, a retrospective study that used the patient's recall as a guide and didn't control for other factors? That might be the weakest possible source of information.

Pretty sure the HDL/LDL in our body have to be produced by the liver. I thought we concluded eating dietary cholesterol doesn’t effect blood lipids. Food intake increases triglycerides, but unless your metabolically broken they return to normal pretty quick.
