“I bring this up to show how in my own personal life this misinformation reached my family. Not only that, it led to the people I care about being put at risk,"Twitter has thus far escaped the scrutiny leveled at other platforms when it comes to vaccine misinformation.

I happen to have autism, and, personally, I don't think vaccines causes autism. Autism has always been there. For example Henry Cavendish had autism, and that was back in the 1700s. And there have been others as well. I highly recommend to read about it, in books and online.
