HOW to live longer: Prevent an early death by eating a healthy, balanced diet, and by doing regular exercise. But you could also increase your life expectancy by making some changes to your eating habits - and it’ll even help with your weight loss diet plan.

Eating food from a smaller plate helps you to avoid overeating, revealed dietitian Juliette Kellow and nutritionist Dr Sarah Brewer.Eating too much food could contribute to obesity, and the more overweight you are, the less likely you are to live longer, they said.
