I can't imagine the heartbreak of delivering end of life news to anyone but that's something that should be done in person. Don't go into medicine if you can't handle delivering bad news.

Oh,WOW, this is totally wrong. The world we live in and in the future has lost it’s compassion for each other. This physician, if he’s one, took away this man dignity. Just threw him away like trash. This is the bad side of technology.
I do not understand this at all. The point of the doctor visit is to ask questions and interact. If they are just going to read some statement why bother.
