OUE Healthcare has moved the final closing date for its exit offer to delist Healthway Medical to 26 October at 5:30 pm from 12 October.
In a statement, OCBC, on behalf of OUE Healthcare, said it does not intend to extend the exit offer beyond the final closing date. “Notice is hereby given that the Exit Offer will not be open for acceptance beyond 5.30 p.m. on the Final Closing Date.
