Made In Chelsea star Miles Nazaire has revealed a secret battle with depression amid a struggle with 'muscle dysmorphia'.

The Royal College of Psychiatrists explains that people with muscle dysmorphia "are overly-concerned with their degree of muscularity, whereby there is a pervasive belief that they are insufficiently large and lack adequate muscularity. This preoccupation with muscle building leads to a never-ending quest to become bigger and more muscular."
