The mother of a 7-year-old who died while playing with a balloon wants to warn parents about the dangers. 'Alexandra was my world and I don’t know how I’m supposed to go on without her in my life,' Channa Kelly of Tennessee, tells TODAY.com. Kelly announced her daughter's death in an October 8 Facebook post. Kelly explained that for Alexandra's birthday, she bought a 34-inch foil balloon, along with about 10 latex balloons.
