The Good Morning Britain presenter shared the update during her attendance at the Pride of Britain awards ceremony in London at the weekend as Derek continues his health battles.

The 56-year-old admitted he is "not doing great" following his battle with long Covid after he was first hospitalised back in March 2020.

Kate issued the health update during the Pride of Britain awards which were held in London over the weekend. She told the Metro at the event on Sunday: "He’s not doing great, to be honest.
