THE multi-millionaire boss of US drugs giant Vertex said yesterday that its ground-breaking Orkambi medicine could be available for NHS cystic fibrosis patients in just four weeks - if a deal over its price is reached.

Dr Jeffrey Leiden said the supplies are ready for the 10,000 people with the genetic disorder in the UK.
