That goes w/o saying unless u r instructed 2 make a u-turn or mayb MoF will find more debts, so upgrades hv 2b postponed (in other words cancel).
We'll have to wait and see. Same case in Batu Pahat. Previous YB who won the seat in 2013 also promised a hospital there. Its 2019 and we're yet to see a single earth moved for the said project.🙄
