New Ontario Health super agency and co-ordinated health teams announced

Health Minister Christine Elliott announced the health-care transformation this morning and the government intends to introduce legislation later today.

A new agency, called Ontario Health, will consolidate local health integration networks, Cancer Care Ontario, eHealth Ontario and several other agencies.

tylerwhat16 they will suck out every penny they can & strip health care, education, programs supporting poor, children, vets, UNDRIP, sick, & elderly, worker rights, public health & safety. Transfer that money to tax evading friends in ill advised unneeded overpriced contracts.

Yeah, I can imagine the wonderful service people in Sault Ste. Marie will get from the Ontario Health super agency in Toronto. Want personal service? No big deal. Just a 7-hour ride by car.

Good. It's about time that someone whittled down the paper-shuffling, parasitic, money-sucking, useless layer of middle management. Hopefully there will now be some additional cash for more doctors, nurses and beds.
