What percentage of pupils would it benifit and what percentage would get involved because a friend is but get no benefit from it and what percentage would not do it but feel excluded. Even the (mixed age group) teachers probably could not agree on the benefits. Equality

It may be far better to teach them foreign languages (Spanish/French & Mandarin) which may actually prove more beneficial to them in the long term and start it at primary school level.

As a teacher you end up teaching kids manners, social skills, emotional intelligence anyway, it's never just the subject you teach, so the idea of yoga in schools as a mindful way to start their day is not bad actually.

Back in 1999 a nun in our school used to bring us to the prayer room and perform yoga class. I thought to myself....isn't this against your religion?🤔😂
