There should be a federal law that all children have to be vaccinated unless extraordinary medical circumstances. The measles outbreak could have been prevented with vaccinations.

California needs a program to inform their public about Dr. Andrew Wakefield and his work which is the guy responsible for scaring everyone from getting these shots by convincing them they cause autism. He is a proven fraud in England and his research was created not done!
