I used to have a pager when on call. 16 years ago 🙄

And they still send letters! No wonder it’s a v deep money pit....

Pagers? They are still around? I thought they died out with the 20th century. Pardon me, but is the NHS stuck in a forgotten era?

The NHS are the biggest buyers of fax machines

I've not met a nurse or doctor yet in a hospital that doesn't use/have a WhatsApp group setup to message eachother.

Who still has a pager? All doctors in Ireland have this amazing thing it’s called a mobile phone.
