I think their staff are part of the general fleecing. I mean come on £76.84 AN HOUR for a matron to work on a Sunday. What they fuck do they do to earn that it's the care workers who do all the cleaning, feeding, and tucking them in at night?
What is this greedy care home agency thinking of charging these unrealistic rates. Understand businesses have to make a profit ... but there must be a limit.
If you pay care workers a descent salary in the first place you wouldn't need agency staff,the NHS is the same pay a proper wage to nurses and care workers.Same wages as teachers and the same amount of holidays.
