Women over decades fought for the right to work in any career they want. Now that they are there, they whine about how difficult it is. Some of the arguments women are making are the same that were being said to stop women joining the workforce. Go figure!
What is this fixation with getting to the top? Many men & women are happy working in stem careers without a fixation about climbing the greasy poll! Few men make it to the top, and the ones that do usually work long hours and incredibly hard. Most people want work/life balance!

It is vital for our society that such capable humans have children, because they produce equally or more capable offspring. One solution is to be very strategic about your choice to make that sort of sacrifice and have them earlier in life, not later, and for there to be support!
