Upcoming Strictly Come Dancing star Adam Thomas has taken to social media to share an emotional health update with his followers just weeks after he admitted being diagnosed with a life-changing condition.
Adam appeared upbeat as he posed in a snap alongside his kids, and wrote: "What day it’s been!!!! So many emotions right now, its all starting to get real!! Nothing better after a long day, coming home to these two-waiting at the door for me!! "A very rare sight … me with my top off !," he captioned the snap. "But I need to get comfortable feeling uncomfortable! Am not in the best shape of my life but,I could be worse.
