it’s a wonderful job I would love to go back if conditions were better,there is no programme to entice back ex teachers..

I left teaching after 2 and half years..they spent so much money on training me...no one (apart from school) asked why I left..

This isn't surprising. I saw the fall of education and the teaching profession 40 years ago before I started college. Teaching once a revered profession is now in the garbage dump of jobs! No respect, no honor, no credibility! No status either in the community!

You have to be crazy to be a teacher, today!
