Marcel was a diligent worker who found joy in trucking for many years of his life and excelled as a skilled mechanic. He held a deep fascination for various types of trucks, and if ever faced with a mechanical conundrum, he was the go-to person for solutions. Over the years, he generously shared his wisdom with numerous individuals eager to learn from him.
During his retired years, Marcel embraced the outdoors, especially relishing moments spent alongside his son-in-law Christopher and daughter Nicole. Marcel is preceded in death by his mother, Yvette Laurin, father Leon Bouchard, and his brothers Roger and Denis Bouchard.
He also leaves behind his surviving sisters Helene Riabov and Michelle Gonneau, along with his brothers Ron Bouchard and Claude Bouchard. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who supported Marcel during his final days, with special appreciation for his son-in-law Christopher, whose unwavering assistance brought immense comfort to Marcel.
