The fitness star says these exercises “really work.”

Needless to say, fans loved the informative video. “Thanks for the encouragement!” one fan wrote. “💜💜💜 What a grape workout! 🍇,” another added. The first move Austin demonstrates is the side plank, which she says works well for toning “the sides of your waistline.” To perform the movement, lie on one side of your body and lift your hips up while stacking your feet and supporting your body with one arm on the ground, in line with your shoulder.

“If you want, you can add a little side crunch,” Austin explains, while pulling the knee of her top leg toward her face and bringing her elbow downward to meet her leg.The second movement is a plank with crunches. Austin begins by getting into a “full-body plank” with her arms extended straight onto the mat in line with her shoulders and her feet shoulder-width apart behind her. “Hold it nice and tight,” she explains.

“Now pull your knees to your chest,” Austin instructs, while pulling each knee up to her elbows, alternating sides. The final movement is a bicycle crunch, which Austin says is “one of the best ways to flatten that belly.” This time, Austin lays on her back while keeping the upper part of her shoulders lifted off the mat, her hands behind her ears, and her legs elevated.

Next, Austin pulls each knee toward her face to meet with the opposite elbow before extending it straight out and repeating on the opposite side.
