Lottie Moss has spoken out about going to rehab last year, admitting that the inpatient stint was what she "needed" to recover from a number of health issues.
"I always had to be a certain way, with a certain waist size and hip size," the 25-year-old told the Sun. Lottie goes on to reveal that she had her own personal trainer and attended nutrition meetings, and was also banned from dating "certain people" and even changing her hair without permission from her team.
"When you have that [control] from such a young age, you’re then like: ‘What the f**k do I do now?’ I was so lost and I started going down a really bad path and hanging out with some really bad people," she admitted. Lottie has now revealed she's "sober at the moment" and "in a very happy place", but refuses to put "too much pressure" on herself.
